The Beefy Boys in Cardiff are seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen when needed. You’ll champion burger quality, safety, and speed in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Take the Head Chef's responsibilities in their absence and run the kitchen smoothly.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop kitchen staff, leading by example.
• Ensure every dish meets 10/10 quality and presentation standards.
• Manage food safety, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.
• Oversee stock, supplier relations, and walk-in inventory.
• Support the Head Chef in driving fast, high-quality service.

Whether it's managing food safety or keeping everything in order, you'll ensure the crew's on point and the vibe stays high while we pump out top-quality food, no matter what.


• People Skills Like a Boss: You'll be the leader of the pack- recruit, onboard, develop, inspire, leading from the front, and show them how it's done!


• Food Excellence: Every dish is your masterpiece. We're not just serving burgers; we're sending it to the world burger championships finals. Every burger needs to be perfect, if it's not 10/10 then it's not getting far!
