From making sure everything’s spotless to keeping food safety top of mind, you’ll ensure we’re always in line with the highest standards. You’re the one who makes sure we’re cooking up greatness and keeping everyone safe while doing it.
• People Skills Like a Boss: You’ll be the leader of the pack—recruit, onboard, develop, inspire, leading from the front, and show them how it's done!
• Food Excellence: Every dish is your masterpiece. We’re not just serving burgers; we’re sending it to the world burger championships finals. Every burger needs to be perfect, if it’s not 10/10 then it’s not getting far!
• Operational Wizardry: Can you fix it if it’s broken? Can you manage food wait times and keep customers smiling? If you’ve got the magic touch for finding solutions, we’re all in!
• Stock and Supply Guru: You’re on top of every ingredient, every sauce, and every bun. You know what’s in the walk‑in, and you definitely know who to call if something goes AWOL.
• People Developer Extraordinaire: Tough love is your secret weapon. You’re great at having those “real talk” moments, celebrating the rockstars, and pushing them to be the very best version of themselves.
