Job Description:

Supporting on-site Chef Manager, you will prepare fresh seasonal food while taking responsibility for the kitchen during the Chef Manager's absence.

Working Hours

This is a 7-day operation; days and times may vary depending on client requirements.

You may have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at various venues.

Constellation optimizes the working schedules of Compass employees, helping you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare delicious food according to menu specifications, following Levy standards and procedures.
  • Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
  • Adhere to all HSE regulations and complete all required HSE documentation.
  • Take pride in your work and share standards with your team.
  • Mentor new team members with respectful and encouraging coaching.
  • Possess knowledge of health & nutritional guidelines.
  • Be innovative and creative.
  • Be enthusiastic, motivational, and strive for excellence.
  • Be organized, make sound judgments, and prioritize tasks.
  • Maintain a flexible approach with a “can do” attitude.
  • Monitor and challenge process use.
  • Build excellent communication and relationships.
