Job Description:

Supporting on site Chef Manager you will be preparing fresh seasonal food while taking responsibility for the kitchen during Chef Managers absence.

As part of our culinary team you will have access to our system training which will accelerate you within your Constellation career. With excellent pay, training, opportunity and perks, we look forward to welcoming you to our team!

Working Hours

This is a 7 day operation, please note days and times might vary depending on client requirements.

Possibility to pick up additional shifts in one of our venues.

Main Responsibilities

Based in a busy kitchen, your main tasks will be to:

Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.

Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.

Adhering to all HSE regulations and making sure all HSE documentation is completed as required

Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.

Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

Knowledge on health & nutritional guidelines is essential

Skills / Qualifications

Experience with texture modified foods will be an advantage.

We are looking for Sous Chef's/Head Chef’s with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food.

Enhanced DBS preferred.

Candidates with Enhanced DBS no older than 2 years are preferred, however we are able to organize this for you free of charge for the right candidate.

Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
