Job summary

Chilled Pubs Limited is seeking a Junior Sous chef to lead a station and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will ensure the highest quality food and maintain a 5-star hygiene rating, help with stock control, ordering and deliveries, and mentor your team under senior chefs.

You will develop your leadership skills through hands-on guidance and progression opportunities within a busy pub kitchen team.
