Browns Wilmslow is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, run a section and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You'll champion great food, train your team, and deliver smiles to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing a section.
• Passion for great food and training staff.
• Ability to follow a branded menu and maintain standards.

• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
