Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for the Yeoman - Harvester to lead a busy kitchen, train staff and ensure the team works cohesively. You’ll step in for the Head Chef when needed and strive to deliver great food and guest smiles at the Harvester venue.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience as a sous chef or senior chef.
• Strong leadership and team training skills.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
