Job summary

Vintage Inns’ Firecrest is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, train staff and deliver great pub food across a branded menu. You’ll run a busy kitchen in partnership with the Head Chef and represent the team in their absence.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage a section.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience with ordering, stock control and menu execution.
