Job Details

• £16.15 per hour + Compass Benefits
• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 days over 7

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Kitchen and staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Ensure all kitchen staff prepare and present quality food, with final products meeting Company Standards.
• Maintain correct food and hygiene standards among kitchen staff.
• Lead by example to keep the kitchen presentable and efficient.
• Participate in recruitment, including interviews and trials for potential staff.
• Communicate regularly with the Head Chef regarding stock levels.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
