Job summary

Miller & Carter - Nunthorpe is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, training great people and delivering smiles to guests. You’ll run a section, lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence and ensure all food is prepared to brand standards.

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and inspire team members to excel.
• Experience with food ordering, prep and stock control.

• Mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
