Job summary

Harvester - Swindon is hiring a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen team, ensuring high standards and consistency. Our mobile-friendly application removes the CV step and takes about 2 minutes to complete.

You’ll help train your team, manage stock and assist the Head Chef with ordering and prep to deliver great dining experiences. Join a nationwide family favourite known for rotisserie chicken, grills and salad bar.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and uphold brand standards.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
