Job summary

Belvedere Arms, part of Mitchells & Butlers Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, trains great people and leads a section in the Head Chef's absence.

You'll run a section, inspire your team, manage food ordering, prep and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards. Flexible shifts, progression opportunities and great staff benefits are offered.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
