A day in the life of…

As a Sous Chef, you will work with our established Restaurant & Banqueting team to ensure excellent service and kitchen operations are delivered daily to our guests. Our Kitchen Team is passionate about food and takes pride in every dish served, whether in the restaurant or at events. Your role is vital in maintaining this high standard.

What do we need from you?

We require at least 4 years of experience in at least one Rosette or standard fine dining kitchen with a stable background. We seek a calm, well-organized, and talented chef eager for career development.

The Head Chef expects you to possess a broad skill set at this level, including menu development and training junior staff.

Due to the location, a driver’s license is preferred.
