The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant in Edinburgh is seeking energetic, outgoing Servers to join our theatre-driven venue where creativity, atmosphere, and unforgettable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

You will learn our menus, deliver high-energy service, and help create memorable moments for every guest, with flexible rotas and opportunities for career progression in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and passionate Servers to join The Alchemist – a creative cocktail bar and restaurant where theatre, atmosphere, and unforgettable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves hospitality, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest. Our Servers bring energy, personality, and confidence to the floor while delivering exceptional food and drink service with genuine passion.

As part of the team, you’ll build strong knowledge of our food and cocktail menus, learn how to deliver The Alchemist experience, and play a key role in creating the theatre and atmosphere that make us unique.

What You’ll Be Doing
