Job summary

Cosy Club Reading is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and support the kitchen team, delivering service from brunch to dinner across Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside brands. You will work with passion to create memorable dining experiences for our guests, while developing your leadership across a busy kitchen.

The role offers a base salary up to £37,000 with additional tronc (£6.5k–£9.5k) and bonus potential (£2.5k). Overtime is paid at your normal rate.

As a result of an internal move, Cosy Club Reading is looking for a new Sous Chef. At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

As one of our Sous Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £45,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £37,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £2.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
