The Role:

As Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being fully involved in all aspects of kitchen operation, from menu compilation to training junior staff.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements.
  • Deputising for the Head Chef in their absence.
