As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with every dish prepared to exceptional standards, whether through your own efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
- Are experienced in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs. You proactively spot opportunities, whether as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Are focused on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop talent, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

- An experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behaviors in a fast-paced, complex environment.

- Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, safety, and cleanliness.
- Understanding of financial metrics like gross profit and stock control.
- Experience managing labor costs and adjusting to changing demands.
- A leader who inspires and engages their team to flourish in their roles and careers.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and belong.
- A proactive problem solver, quick thinker, and decisive decision-maker.
