Job summary

Browns Bath, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen delivering consistently high standards. You’ll inspire your team, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction in a classically British dining setting.

You’ll manage food ordering, prep and stock, work with a branded menu, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. The role offers a competitive benefits package including discounts, pension and holidays.

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume environment.

As Head Chef at Browns Bath you’ll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
