Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Sous Chef at Harvester Eastlake who loves delivering great food and training great people. You’ll run a section, lead the team in the head chef’s absence, and help shape a welcoming dining experience for guests.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
