Job summary

Harvester Rayleigh Weir in Essex is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, training people and delivering smiles to guests. You’ll run a section, lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and help the team work together as one.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
