Prince Albert is a thriving Young's pub located facing bustling Battersea Park, just minutes from Kings Road and 15 minutes from Clapham Junction or Sloane Square. Spread over two floors, it features a garden and outdoor seating, a large bar/restaurant, and a fabulous upstairs function room. What we look for in a Sous Chef:

We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP aiming for the next step, who is a natural leader passionate about producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:

  • Champion excellent service through quality food
  • Have a passion for leading and developing a team
  • Be a hands-on chef with excellent communication skills
  • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety effectively
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to control GP and labor costs
  • Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
