Job summary

The White Hart Hotel, Lincoln, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our brigade of 12, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver top-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a 4-day working week with 3 days off, free on-site parking, a staff meal on duty, staff discounts across our venues, and strong opportunities for growth within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food, supporting and inspiring the team, and helping maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect.
