Job summary

Cosy Club Leeds is seeking a Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen. You’ll lead by example, manage day‑to‑day operations and help deliver a lively dining experience from brunch to dinner across our venues.

• Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen and hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in running a busy kitchen and menu execution.
• Coach, supervise and motivate the team to deliver consistently.
• Ensure food safety, prep, plating and service standards are met.
