Job summary

Cosy Club Birmingham is seeking a Sous Chef who brings enthusiasm for quality ingredients and a passion to lead. You will support the Head Chef, coach the team, and contribute to delivering high standards of service.

The role offers overtime pay, a bonus scheme, meals on duty and a focus on work-life balance from day one. You will have opportunities to develop and potentially run your own kitchen in the future, with a supportive team environment and staff events such as Loungefest.

• Assist Head Chef and be a coach, supporter and encourager.
