Job summary

Accent Catering Services Ltd is seeking a talented Sous Chef for our independent school site in London. You will support culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and exceptional service, with a focus on food safety and allergen management.

The role reports to the Chef Manager on site and offers term-time hours (40 per week, 6:30am–3:00pm), with overtime flexibility and a range of employee benefits. Accent Catering is renowned for quality and staff development.

Excellent craft skills and the ability to manage your own workload

• A background in high-volume cooking and a solid knowledge of baking
