What’s involved?
As Sous Chef, you will be number 3 in the kitchen and work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef in running the busy kitchen. You should have experience in 4-star hotels and ideally at 1-2 rosette level. The hotel values career development, and a senior Chef de Partie with at least 2 years of experience would also be considered.
