We’re on the hunt for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning boutique hotel in Margate.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a restaurant that truly champions seasonal British produce, working with local suppliers to create modern, ingredient-led dishes that celebrate the Kent coast and countryside.

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in leading a small, dedicated team in delivering exceptional food in a relaxed yet refined setting.You’ll be hands-on across all sections, contribute to menu development, and help maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen organisation.
