Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for the Jug & Bottle at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery. You’ll help lead a kitchen team, champion brand standards, and drive top-quality service on every shift.

The role focuses on cooking to spec, team development, and ensuring hygiene and food quality across all shifts, with opportunities for progression within the group.

• Have previous experience and confidence in managing a kitchen team.
• Have a passion for hospitality.
• Be a role model of delivering food quality and hygiene standards.
• Be a good communicator, so that the shift runs like clockwork.

As Sous Chef at the Jug & Bottle, you will help to lead a team to be proud of, keeping spirits high and specs on point. You will be the master of the menu and get a thrill from teaching the team.
