Bartlewood Lodge invites a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, delivering high-quality dishes and leading a dedicated section. You’ll train your team, step in for the Head Chef when needed, and uphold our branded menu standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or in a branded kitchen.
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.

As a Sous Chef at the Bartlewood Lodge, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
