Miller & Carter Brookmans Park is seeking a Part Time Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead a winning team and uphold our steak-focused standards.

You'll train and inspire staff, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure targets are met while delivering guest experiences.

• Lead and inspire your kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
• Manage shifts and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work with a branded menu under the Head Chef when needed.
• Support Head Chef when absent and drive team performance.
