Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Sheffield is seeking a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead a professional kitchen team, train staff and inspire them to deliver high‑quality dishes.

You’ll oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control, work with a branded menu and support the Head Chef when needed. The company highlights strong progression, with many chefs promoted to Head Chef each year.

Qualifications

• Experience as deputy/kitchen manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and stock control.
