Job summary
Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Middlesbrough is seeking a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead a kitchen team and uphold the branded menu. You will train and motivate staff to deliver meals to a high standard and drive performance across shifts.

Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen management and team leadership.
- Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver quality food.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and managing stock.
- Experience with branded menus and standardized recipes.
- Willingness to work full-time in a fast-paced kitchen.
