Job summary

Kellan Group is seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join our temporary chef team and work across a variety of hospitality venues throughout London. You will lead and support kitchen teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments and adapt quickly to different kitchens, menus and service styles, with flexible weekday/evening/weekend shifts and weekly pay.

Requirements include Level 2 Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, Health & Safety Level 2, COSHH and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef.
• Background in restaurants, hotels, events or clubs.
• Confident leading and supporting kitchen teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
• Good kitchen organisation and time management.
• Reliable and adaptable to different kitchens.
