Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Chef de Partie or above, with proven skills and reliability
• Confidence to run any kitchen section or lead a team when required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on delivering quality under pressure
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations
• Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications
• Clear communication, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork
• Clean chef uniform and your knives on sites.
