Job summary

Back Of House in a brand-new independent venue in Mayfair, opening in early 2025, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team. The role offers the opportunity to work with fresh ingredients in a high-profile setting.

You will collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative dishes, lead the kitchen, and uphold high standards of food quality and service. Mediterranean influence is welcomed and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant with high volumes and exclusive customer base.
• Creativity and passion: genuine love for cooking fresh ingredients; knowledge of Mediterranean cooking styles is advantageous.
• Attention to detail: strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Leadership: ability to support and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
