Job summary

Megan's Restaurants is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and inspire the team to maintain our high standards.

You will manage service during peak periods, ensure exceptional food quality, and support ongoing training across our neighbourhood restaurants. This role offers competitive pay with uncapped earnings potential and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Salary package of up to £ 42,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £46,000 based on current site performance.
