Megan’s Restaurants is expanding across the South and invites applications for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchens. You’ll cook fresh, Mediterranean-inspired dishes in a premium branded setting and thrive under pressure in a busy service.

Qualifications

• Ambitious Chef de Partie with experience in premium branded kitchens.
• High standards of food hygiene are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen standards and cleanliness during service.

We’re looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie – ideally you’ll have worked with fresh ingredients in a premium branded kitchen and be calm under pressure. We’re also keen that you have high standards of food hygiene and enjoy learning new things. Whilst it’s great if you’ve worked in a similar fresh food kitchen environment, we think attitude is more important than experience, so as long as you’re a CDP, Line Chef or Cook who wants to create delicious dishes then we want to hear from you!
