Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is recruiting a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in the UK. You will lead the kitchen brigade, drive quality and consistency, and support menu development for a busy hospitality operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team as Sous Chef, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist Head Chef with menu development and daily planning.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and efficient line execution.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction.
