Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Head Chef to join our team. You will lead a kitchen team, drive culinary excellence, and create inspiring menus that reflect current trends and local ingredients.

You will manage food preparation, costings, and labour targets while upholding the highest standards of hospitality across our historic inns and premium hotels. We value a bubbly personality, initiative, and a passion for delighting guests with memorable dining experiences.

• Lead kitchen operations and culinary team.
• Create and cost seasonal menus reflecting trends and local ingredients.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation to ensure high standards.
• Manage labour and GP targets while delivering exceptional hospitality.
