Your Role

As Sous Chef, you will:

• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards.
• Support the Head Chef in daily operations.
• Deputise for the Head Chef when needed.
• Train and develop the kitchen team.
• Manage stock levels and ordering.
