Frankie & Benny's is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen and to lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team. The role emphasizes cooking to spec, maintaining high standards, and ensuring hygiene and safety.

You will play a key part in a fast-paced kitchen environment and help deliver great food with a positive team mindset. Frankie & Benny's offers hourly pay with bonus potential, staff discounts, and growth opportunities within the Big Table Group.
