Frankie & Benny's in Ashford is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and leading a busy kitchen. You will coach and develop the team, ensure top hygiene standards, and maintain consistent execution across shifts.

What You'll Do as a Sous Chef:
