MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a confident Kitchen Lead to run a section and guide the team in the Head Chef's absence. You will lead a section, ensure collaboration, and be prepared to step up in the Head Chef’s absence.

The role focuses on delivering great food, leading by example, and contributing to a positive guest experience with opportunities for progression and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver quality food.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
