A healthcare provider in Crowborough is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to assist in managing the kitchen and ensuring high-quality food preparation. Working within a key team here at Horder Healthcare, we have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate SousChef to join our experienced catering team. Assisting the Corporate Catering Manager and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring that the food is prepared and served to a high quality and standard, as well as assisting with the menu planning and preparation. Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a full-time role, working on a Monday to Sunday shift basis of 5 of 7 with shifts ranging from 6:30am - 6:30pm.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday shift basis of 5 out of 7 days
Salary: up to £26,500 per annum
