Job summary

Protea Recruitment Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Sous Chef to join a coastal kitchen on the stunning West Coast. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver memorable seafood dishes in a friendly, well-organised team environment.

The role focuses on fresh ingredients, coastal flavours and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. Experience in seafood and leadership will help you excel in a busy kitchen by the sea.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.

• Assist with stock control, ordering and waste reduction.
• Contribute ideas to seasonal menu development.
