Job Description

Elegant, French hotel with recently refurbished restaurant in Edinburgh is looking for a Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be considered for promotion to Head Chef in 6 months.

What we expect:
  1. Multiple years of culinary school
  2. Solid experience in a busy kitchen
  3. Strong leadership skills
  4. Be a team player
  5. Multiple years of experience as Sous Chef
  6. Solid experience in managing COS and payroll
  7. Experience in menu engineering, conference services, and special nutrition dining service
  8. To be available working any day of the week
  9. Working full time
  10. Being organised and reliable

  12. Very good attention to details
