Prezzo Ltd is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to be number two in our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading the team across Prezzo Italian brands. You will help deliver great Italian dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and drive cost control.

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure a smooth operation, coach the team, and uphold our guest experience. This role offers opportunities to grow within the Prezzo family across the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Kitchen leadership experience or strong chef ready to step up in a busy kitchen.
• Understanding of stock, waste, labour and kitchen costs to support efficient operation.

As Sous Chef, you'll be number two in the kitchen, supporting your Head Chef lead the team and deputising for the Head Chef as needed. You'll help develop a brilliant team and work closely with your Head Chef and General Manager to make your restaurant a success. From delivering consistently great food and maintaining excellent kitchen standards to supporting with stock, waste and costs, you'll help make sure your kitchen performs at its best - while creating a place where your team enjoys coming to work. Salary

• £13.91-£14.94 per hour + tronc & great perks
• Earn £13.75 - £14.16 per hour, plus tronc.
