Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Ego - Chelmsford venue is seeking a Sous Chef who can lead a kitchen section, train a talented team and deliver great food that makes guests smile.

You’ll support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control, work with a branded menu, and help the team comply with health and hygiene rules. Attractive benefits include pension, 28 days holiday, staff discounts and shares.
