Job summary

Miller & Carter, Cribbs Causeway, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great steak and team development. You’ll run a section, coach Chefs, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, delivering consistency and pride in every dish.

You’ll train your team to work cohesively on a branded menu, maintain high hygiene standards, and help with food ordering and stock control. The role offers strong progression and great staff benefits.

• Oversee the kitchen section and lead the kitchen team.
• Train and inspire staff to deliver food to a high standard.
• Support the Head Chef with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work confidently with a branded menu and maintain quality.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team; ensure health and hygiene compliance.
