Sous Chef - Prestigious Golf Destination & Hotel
Location: Dundee, Scotland
Schedule: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
Salary: 36,000 per annum + monthly gratuities

Are you a talented and ambitious Sous Chef ready to bring your skills to one of Scotland's most iconic golf and hospitality destinations?

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a luxury hotel and world-renowned golf resort near Dundee - for a Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team on a permanent basis.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Behaviours:

  • Up-to-date with modern culinary techniques

  • Experience in high-end restaurants and a senior kitchen role

  • Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team

  • Strong business acumen and awareness of food cost control

  • A passion for delivering excellence and culinary creativity

  • High standards of cleanliness and kitchen presentation

  • Calm under pressure and consistently high performance

  • Ability to coach and support junior team members

Required Qualifications:

  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery

  • Evidence of extensive trade experience and on-the-job development
